TONS of opportunity. Customers are awed when they really see what our capabilities are. Extreme is a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant, and we leap-frogged Cis*o last year. :-) Solid leadership. Great culture. Awesome people. Differentiated technology that is superior to the "typical" networking players.

Cons

Would like to see the purse strings loosened up a little bit to add headcount. There's a LOT of work to be done, and at times we can be stretched a bit thinly. At times there's a challenge brand recognition, but that seems to be dissipating a bit. On-boarding is very ad-hoc, but at least they know about it and are working on it.
