      Pros

      A great culture, growing business - winning and taking market share, awesome people, strong executive leadership, willingness to help, opportunities abound to make a difference, strong market and brand momentum, focus on diversity & inclusion, increasing stock price, ability to attract great talent , lots of growth opportunities within the team.

      Cons

      Still a lot of manual process and efforts but our digital transformation is a work in progress and improving.

      Yes indeed, it is the best time to be at Extreme. Thank you for the awesome review. We hope to eliminate as many manual processes or streamline our work. All our departments hope to have a rating of "easy to do business with." Wouldn't that be amazing!

      Thank you for your review at Extreme. Yes we have been through a bit of tough time but that is the thing of the past. We are excited to share - We have declared bonuses of an excess of 100% (company multiplier) in the last two cycles.
