Pros

Customer base is broad. Opportunities to grow abound.

Cons

Total gridlock created by Executive team through repeated acquisitions and no clue (or talent) in how to integrate the acquired solutions. No timely recovery in site.

Pros

The work-life balance is excellent. There is a lot of room to be creative. Company culture differs a bit from site to site but is good overall

Cons

It's a "20 year start up" which sounds exciting but really means we just haven't hit the right groove yet. All the acquisitions mean it takes a while for things to settle down and new technology to be developed. Very top heavy.

Pros

Good CEO, good products & great opportunity

Cons

Extreme still operates like the different companies that it has acquired. Lots of different little empires. Working with different groups is like working with different companies, in a bad way. Every empire doing "its' own thing"...
