Pros

CEO and Board care about company growth. Genuine and transparent.

Cons

Product leadership and Operations team lack experience in managing current products and creating new. Laggards ... wait till crisis happens ... customer gets ready to leave. Or, have left. Big lack of campus and data center customer/segment focus and making them successful. Amazing sales teams with no product to sell. Whew, hope they wake up soon !!!! Substituting revenues losses by buying new companies instead of solidifying existing product and sales.

Pros

I love working here. I work with great colleagues and I get to work on a large assortment of projects because we are a smaller, agile company. Overall, I feel appreciated, engaged, and well compensated for my time.

Cons

We are still working on our digital transformation of some business components. I feel that we a little behind the curb but I am optimistic we will get there soon.
