Lack of Engineering Vision / Strategy Chasing to many shinny balls Senior leadership team lacks experience

This company has no idea what they're doing or what they want to be. Multiple product lines without any real purpose or logic behind their creation are still being supported and management refuses to make any decisions. This is an extremely engineering-oriented company and they launch new products regularly without any consideration for the need, utility or market requirements of those products. They have no sense of loyalty and will cut personnel at the drop of a hat in order to raise the stock price - no matter how short-sighted a decision that is. There is no leadership or vision from the top at all - not surprising as they've had massive churn at the C-level and below over the last few years. Avoid them like the plague or make damn good and sure you've got a golden parachute before you sign on.
