Pros

Good location, snacks, flexibility, employee events from time to time.

Cons

Very political, dominated by white males in management. They say they want transparency but if you speak up, you get penalized by management. No recognition for your contributions yet always demanding more. Too many changes to try to save bottom line each quarter. RSUs only given to directors and above. Bonuses dwindling every year.

A unique opportunity

Pros

Extreme has a lot of opportunity ahead of it. With unique solutions acquired from other companies, they have the capability of turning fragmented components into a motivational solution set.

Cons

With change comes challenges. How they overcome the segmentation of solutions, business practices, and leftover issues from prior acquisitions will be telling in the future.
