Pros

Extreme offer some good benefits such as a company credit card, a reasonable mileage rate with car allowance and healthcare. They have just updated their office at Green Park in Reading which is a great environment, apposed to the smaller office on Brook Drive. It's great that our CEO is approachable at corporate events and listens to the people on the street We have employee awards per quarter and at the sales kick offs each year.

Cons

Management could do with a bit of a shake up, some good some bad, A lot of "Cisco" mentality around that try to do what the competition is doing rather than being unique. Managers attitudes as if we were Cisco - people should want to buy our product. If they don't, tough. Lack of female representation within management . Needs improving, we seem to do a lot of lip service to equality without action. Men handed promotions without being qualified for the role over more qualified women.
