Pros

Flexibility with WFH. Work hours that suit you. Great Co-Workers/ Teammates.

Cons

Local Management have their heads in the sand. A lot of corporate box ticking exercises are completed but at the end of the day management don't listen/care about the staff's opinion. Local management in some areas are not qualified themselves and lack people/communication skills. Local management are only concerned about their own careers and not the careers of their staff. Flat organization with very little progression.

Pros

1. Decent learning if you are completely new to the world of networking 2. I was lucky to be part of a good team

Cons

I had been hired through campus placements and was one of the employees impacted by massive layoffs in Bangalore office. Please think twice and check with current employees if you can before joining as I doubt the culture has changed much . Giving 2 stars just as a nod to my manager and team mates who were very good. Most of them were laid off as well or transferred to a contract company. Pretty bad experience for me especially being my first company. Also they took this decision during peak pandemic times which all goes to show how little they care for employees - well at least the ones in Bangalore. I had other options but joined here because of good pay - served as a good lesson for me that culture is equally if not more important.

We truly appreciate your candor and candid review shared here. It is really unfortunate that you were impacted during the org changes we had in April 2020. Honestly, those decisions were equally difficult for us.
