Pros

+ A lot of new things to learn. No other company offer that opportunity. + Colleagues are helpful. +Flexible management.

Cons

- No serious training, despite the fact that this is a demanding position with high expectations. -Salary is average with no benefits. Other companies in the city offer more money with more benefits. -Management doesn't like to bring the topic "money". It is a taboo for them.

We appreciate you taking out time and reviewing us on Glassdoor. We agree with you that technical training is critical. We do have product and sales training on the Dojo and would be interested to hear what improvements you suggest. We hope you had an opportunity to share with your manager and team. Let's make it better for the next person. There is a conscious effort at Extreme to continuously engage our employees on training and career development. Investments in internal resources as well as avenues such as LinkedIn Learning, Franklin Covey are just the beginning.

Thank you for reviewing us in the spirit of being candid and transparent, we truly appreciate it. Feedback from our employees, especially from long termers like is critical for us. We have noted your concern on compensation. It is challenging to weigh fiscal responsibility against employee desires and needs. Both our Compensation and Benefits team annually review our market competitiveness. Wherever possible, we hope to make positive changes for our employees.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to note that you had an amazing stint with us while you were here. Yes, our culture and talent is the backbone for our growth story and we truly celebrate this. We do try to balance the needs of the business and the compensation & benefits expectations of our employees by routinely reviewing our practices and make necessary changes as and when we are able.
