CTO is ruining the company

Business Outlook

Pros

Front line people are the best

Cons

Upper management is severely top heavy, not aligned, and fighting for power. CTO is out for himself and doesn’t care about the company. Communication is the worst I have ever seen. HE has no clue what they are doing b/c HR lead has zero credibility experience in HR. She was hired for OTHER reasons. Train wreck until CEO and CTO are gone. They talk about company values and bonevof the upper management come close to living those virtues.

Pros

Unlimited time off and remote work

Cons

Everyone is very overworked due to short-staffing post layoffs. Management is not all that competent and struggling. Everything is last minute and urgent. It used to be a great place to work but no longer. Very disappointing.

Pros

If you are willing to do management's bidding, you'll be fine.

Cons

Toxic, hostile environment especially for older people and injured people. Regardless, if you disagree or push back to management, they will make your life hell and find a way to fire you.
