Pros

The company has a good portfolio of solutions for Networking. Company seems to be going in the right direction with Cloud and offerings.

Cons

Management believes culture is created by saying what a great culture it is than what it truly is. Lots of asks by management for training, videos, and busy work, leaving less time for your true role. Some management is skewed, pay is not great compared to the industry. Company is fragmented as there are many segmentations of sales teams across the same GEO. The company is not big enough to support this, thus leaving huge coverage gaps for customers who want a local rep. Shared model of technical resources and for some reason, even though customers like to buy from people. Not enough in person resources when needed. Decisions on quota amount do not necessarily make sense and it seems the company does not want its reps to make to make too much in commissions. Company also has a limited technology limit for cell phone and offer NO broadband internet expense reimbursement, even though a majority of the field work from home.

We thank you for taking out time to review us. In a constantly changing tech world, yes we do have a lot of emphasis on continuous development of our workforce, however we make it a point that it is meaningful and adds value to the existing as well future scope of work.

Pros

There is plenty of work

Cons

poorly managed, yell at employees while offering no solutions. Upper level is out of touch, and just as bad, demanding weekend hours and long days that turn into night. If it was public how bad this dept is run , no one would want to work here
