      Pros

      every friendly working environment, people work together, not against each other. excellent growing opportunities, many interesting projects. The company is certainly on a growing path under the new Exec team. Local management also look after people which is the reason we have lots of long time employees here.

      Pros

      Company is doing big steps in consolidating its portfolio and growing through acquisitions. Cooperation between employees is great. A lot of knowledgeable engineers willing to share their expertise. Working atmosphere is very good, friendly and supportive. A lot of technological innovations. Good place to learn and grow.

      Cons

      With the recent acquisitions, the platform contains more lines of product, and their integration contains certain level of risk. Very demanding task.
