      Pros

      Great management. Since Ed has been in charge, the company has made great progress achieving business goals. Look at the companies’ chart at Nasdaq. I, as employee am very proud to be a part of the chart . The Company's business has been growing fast and employees are rewarded with compensations and benefits.

      Cons

      Too much to do after all those acquisitions which is not a real cons, but you need to be fast or you will lose the slot!

      - Collaborative work environment allowing you to grow your skill set quickly. - Strong grown in most product lines providing significant career grown opportunities. - Extreme the company is very focused on customers satisfaction. Making sure we bring to market a balance between current technology and easy to deploy products. - Great pay and benefits. Just take a look at the stock growth in the past year - Current Senior Management Team is willing to make hard decisions and has reshaped the company to be in a position to compete and win

      Cons

      Former Extreme's Senior Management in the past had trouble making some hard decisions due to significant risk. Current management seems to not have that issue.

      Pros

      The engineers at Extreme are smart, hardworking, and most of all collegial. You'll be welcomed into their midst and treated like a respected colleague. They also know how to have fun, too.

      Cons

      Very few downsides. The working environment (cubicles) isn't the best I've ever seen, but it isn't the worst either.
