      Pros

      Extreme is on the move. The resources of a $1B+ company with the agility of a startup. Extreme's focus is on its customers and the people that drive customer satisfaction, the employees. Every employee can make a visible impact on the company's success. From a culture perspective, it's an "I've got your back" workplace.

      Cons

      Not a company for someone who wants the status quo! Things move fast, demands are high but so are the rewards.

      Great opportunities, growing company, cooperative and open culture, fun, smart people, moving fast

      For me this is not a Con, but for some it might be: You need to be proactive, creative and super engaged to make things happen.

      Pros

      Great culture and work environment. Upper management very in touch with the everyday workflow and workers. Flexible and laid back but very hard workers!

      Cons

      None to mention. Not much to complain about. If you are unhappy here you will be unhappy anywhere. Maybe could be a better onboard process. Lots of unknowns at first.
