      Pros

      Good work - life balance.

      Cons

      There are significant amount of cons : Very very old technologies. Worst higher management. You just have dream about hikes and promotions. No exciting roadmap. There is such thing as transparency. Discrimination in hikes and promotions between India and usa. No appreciation when features are delivered. Overall it is management intense company and I wouldn't recommend to people between 1 to 6 years of experience and as well as freshers.

      Best Company I have ever worked with. People are so nice and the culture is just amazing. Lots to learn. Bonusses are very good.
