      As a new employee is the first time I see a company have a focus on what the technology will be. Plus is executing this strategic.

      So far I haven't see any, I think the company is taking a new jumpstart

      Pros

      Work-from-home centric, employee empowerment with 'go get it' culture and a real value placed on high-tenure employees. Also the friendliest colleagues I've ever known (in over 22 years working in IT)!

      Cons

      Nothing specific. There's lots of change with recent acquisitions but that's a good thing as well as being slightly unsettling.

      Pros

      In my job, I rely on cross functional organizational efforts to achieve lasting solutions in a critical and constrained time frame. My success is dependent people, across organizational barriers and working together with priority, to creatively solve difficult and complex problems. In my 11 years at Extreme I have always found a collaborative culture from top to bottom, that values teamwork, mutual respect, and a commitment to customer relationships. I love my job because I have the support of the entire company to do the right thing for our customers.

      Cons

      I do not like our performance management system for our HR reviews, but then I have never used a review system I did like.
