      Pros

      What a great atmosphere at the SKO! The energy was palpitating. Extreme has such strong technologies coming together into a single strategic direction. What an exciting time to be in the industry and at Extreme! The sessions were engaging and open. I felt like member of the team right off the bat.

      Nothing to mention. Which is unusual!

      Finally there's a player in the industry that has the people, the technology, the products, and the vision to challenge Cisco's "the way it's always been done" approach to networking! When the dust settles from all the recent acquisitions, Extreme will be the one to watch!

      Pros

      Great new product portfolio and a desire to grow market share with better technology. There are two new technology footprints with the purchase of Avaya and Brocade, and the folks that joined Extreme since their acquisition of Zebra WiNG solutions. This gives Extreme huge upside.

      Cons

      Growth pains w merging acquisitions.
