Our CEO and all leadership team is really open minded and easy to reach. My managers are really goal oriented, but also one of the best human beings I know. They care on a professional and personal way. Extreme technology is disruptive with a clear vision to deliver a great user experience.

Cons

Not everything is perfect, but there's always openness to try to solve issues may appear.

Great culture, people centric, room for growth, Self initiatives are appreciated.

Cons

Internal meeting cadence is high at times. Working outside the US sometimes causes you to have to work late hours in order not to miss out on important meetings. It has gotten better but there is still room for improvement.

We appreciate your feedback on extended meetings, and would like to share with you that we are continuously looking at avenues to help our employees have a better work-life balance. We actually encourage all meeting hosts to shave 5-10 minutes off of every meeting to at lease allow people to get up and stretch. It's a hard habit to break!
