      Fast growing, and lots of new products and solutions to offer. Best of technology for Network and Wireless solutions. Ranked now as 3rd in the top 3 of Networking companies.

      Cons

      No stock grants options for new hires. While Stock is growing over 70% in market.

      Pros

      Crazy, fun work environment. Will go above and beyond for their employees. Employees are given trust until proven otherwise. No micromanaging. Just overall always trying to show employee appreciation which when they do that for us we work for them. Great reward structure and only continuing to improve. It's an awesome time to be apart of such a growing company.

      Cons

      The only con is we are growing so fast you never know what's coming next, but I have 100% trust in upper level management.
