      The people are / were great at Extreme. Short run is that they have a strong niche if they focus on this.

      Cons

      Like most corporations these days, Extreme is plagued with senior executives that care more about the stock price, their MBOs and bonuses and less about the people and the customers.

      Great people, great work environment, awesome culture and rewarding work. Also, competitive pay and benefits and great new executive leadership. The at Extreme Networks is super challenging and every employee is given the tools for career advancement. Those that don't advance will never advance anywhere. Extreme Networks encourages collaboration and free thinking. It is the industry's best kept secret.

      Cons

      None come to mind that stand out versus any other company. Those that complain here at Extreme Networks will complain no matter where they are.
