      Pros

      The people in the field or at mid manager on down, are really good people and try to do the right things Some of the higher level managers and Executives are transparent and help the company succeed

      Cons

      The overall higher level management team is not prepared to make the right decisions and have continually mislead the organization. They are passive aggressive and do not do what they say they are going to do which puts the company at risk. The team is incapable of leading the company to success .

      Pros

      - Autonomy to be successful - Co-workers - Service and support staff are very strong and highly regarded in the industry - New direction of software lead is the correct way to go

      Cons

      - Far to much politics at Management level which is affecting not just employees but partners. - Decision making with little consultation of those who have been at the business for a longer period of time - High turn over of Ex-level staff - Little support to help build sales pipeline
