      Pros

      Worked at Extreme for six months. Company has been around 20 years and is currently going thru Cultural Changes - they got a new CEO midyear 2015. My belief is they are headed in the right direction and overall, it is a great place to work.

      Cons

      There is some dysfunction that needs to be addressed by Management in order to resolve.

      Minimal brand recognition for the superior quality of support, products and solutions sold.

      Employee contributions are well recognized. Good salary, work life balance, chance to work on latest technologies

      Cons

      Some managers without technical expertise are a big let down. Lot of churn at top level with company changing technical direction frequently.
