      Good company strategy but not well implemented in the regions.

      Cons

      Managers and companies need to understand that they are valuable because they have their reports doing the job. They might be more "human". Persons make the difference. That'a the real asset of any organization.

      Bad Work Life Balance at least. No honoring of extra done work. Management closely and not open to communicate things with the Team.
