Pros

I love the people i work with and there is such dedication to doing the right thing for the company. My manager helps me develop and encourages the same for my people.

Cons

Still experiencing some growing pains, but overall a great place. Turnover in leadership is still a bit rocky as they try to get the right fit for the new combined company.

Pros

Lots of good people, who are deserving better leaders

Cons

All these ex-cisco people that now lead large departments are terrible. And they bought enterasys but it feels like it went the other way around. No future for this place. Expect layoffs every 6 months. No "synergies" have taken place yet.

Pros

1. Great work culture. No formals. Flexi time(Work from home allowed in some teams). monthly bear bash, year end parties etc. 2. Highly talented and approachable senior engineers. No matter how busy they are, they always get time to clear your doubts. People know their stuffs and are actually interested and keen to contribute.

Cons

1. Management doesnt have much idea on how to use its resources. Projects are given to people on the basis on their availability and not necessarily according to their area of expertise. 2. Doesnt have a far-fetched vision. Meetings are held weekly/bimonthly for hours and yet no conclusion is arrived to. They keep comparing their works with CISCO, Brocade, Arista, and think the smartest move is to just copy them off. 3. They really need to expand. Need to get a bigger space. And definitely should open offices in other cities of India.
