Cons

Everyone is very overworked due to short-staffing post layoffs. Management is not all that competent and struggling. Everything is last minute and urgent. It used to be a great place to work but no longer. Very disappointing.

Extreme is large enough to compete with their competitors but also has a very focused solution set that allows AE's to play where they can win.

Cons

I really don't have any other than the things people in sales usually complain about. ie order processes, revenue recognition etc.
