      Good company ,Interesting work , friendly environment,Work life balance is good.

      As it is a small company,You won't get MNC like feel and company name is not advertised much.

      Pros

      Fast moving company with opportunities for those that look for them and demonstrate their ability. Recent management changes has delivered good results as focus is on driving improvement and change and not on old loyalties and maintaining status quo.

      Cons

      Still some pockets of 'why do we need to change'. Mid management training should get more focus. Communication could be better at the functional level. Not a company for those that want a regular 9-5 job. Expectations are high and people are expected to put in long hrs.
