Compensation, Company Location in city limit. Other than this nothing is Good. There will be parties, beer bash etc. No Strict timings
Cons
No Job Security, Poor management, Local Politics. No future plan. They dont have forecast for next 6 month also. Lay Offs are happening every year. Initially it was not there in chennai unit now here 2 it happens often
