      Pros

      Small company size enables employees to get your hands in many projects and gain lots of experience. Great employee attitude/humor. Good compensation, full benefits. Approachable Executive Management.

      Cons

      There is an odd mix of a lack of organization, but then a die hard adherence to process (when there is one). The mood of the company can be down at times after a bad quarter, but it also bounces back when we are doing well.

      Fast paced and dynamic environment. Very hands on environment. Relatively stable company. Opportunities of taking up resposibilities that may not be as readily available in larger organizations

      Cons

      Not a very structured environment, small teams. Limited career growth opportunities. Specs changed on the fly for many project deliverables. Company is not growing much in a market dominated by large competitors.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, remote work, some great employees

      Cons

      Always laying off, you are fired if you offer a dissenting opinion, sales and marketing and product are not aligned and blame the other for poor company performance, executive teams are bottom of the barrel with no vision or leadership skills especially the CMO and CTO, absolutely NO work life balance, most work is reactionary and needed immediately without consideration for current projects
