      Market leading technology, solid leadership and exceptional culture. Extreme is a positive place to contribute and belong. Competitive benefits and global programs that bring people together.

      Cons

      We love the remote work philosophy but more in-person opportunities would be nice when/where possible.

      Pros

      Remote work, for name sake benefits like flexible time off.

      Cons

      No direction of work. No help from management. Leaves not approved. Initially offer will say no limit of leaves but when you ask for leave they won't approve. Work done is not appreciated. Excessive Oversight from manager which feels awkward.
