      Excellent coworkers, healthy work life balance

      Cons

      The company grew way too big too fast. Had no plan on how to capitalize on the value of CS. Laid off a long with the rest of the Customer Success department. The excellent coworkers and healthy balance ceases to exist

      Pros

      Work/home life balance is great as you are allowed to work remotely but periodically come into a local office.

      Cons

      The benefits with Cigna are not good as they always take the cheapest options. Some drugs are not covered as well as things like breast augmentation (reductions) even when it's health-related are not covered.
