      Pros

      Work life balance is good. Management is clear with the targets and features in pipeline. This helps in planning things very well in advance. Permanent Work from home option. Getting chance to work for industry leading cloud technologies such as XIQ & CoPilot. Bonus payout is more than 100% in last cycles.

      Cons

      Salary scale is on the lower side while comparing with other competing vendors such as HP Juniper Cisco etc
