Pros

Remote work, for name sake benefits like flexible time off.

Cons

No direction of work. No help from management. Leaves not approved. Initially offer will say no limit of leaves but when you ask for leave they won't approve. Work done is not appreciated. Excessive Oversight from manager which feels awkward.

Pros

Company has a lot of great technology (some home grown, some thru acquistions). Engineers are great to work for and with.

Cons

With so many products and solutions, integrating them successfully and consistently can be a challenge.
