Company is struggling financially. Layoffs are done 2-3 times a year to cut costs. Raises are non existent, the only priority seems to be acquiring new companies. They have flex time off instead of PTO but you're never allowed to use it so you basically do not get time off unless it's a holiday (ie, xmas).

No RSU, bad ESPP policy, very few bonus, medical insurance not good.
