- The company does not care at all about your career growth - They use outdated technologies and are not interested in upgrading - Pay is much lower that industry standards and they are not interested in negotiating. - Leadership does not communicate vision or goals at all. Groups are completely siloed. - HR prohibits any sort of team building exercises. Managers are not allowed to have lunch with their employees. - Benefits are no more than adequate.

It's merely impossible to get a pay adjustment based on responsibilities and roles. They do provide annual raise but it's quite an insulting amount. Very traditional company with much unnecessary formalities.
