      Hybrid work week, room to grow, Team lead lets us pick our task to work on.

      Other teams ask fo help on task don't outline the requirement very well. (task with title empty description ), a lot of pointing fingers and lifers that haven't changed 20 years

      None, literally, absolutely nada. Oh yes, you can leave when your shift ends and you can exit the building for the 30min 'lunch time' you have

      Cons

      Extremely archaic work structure stuck in the 60's. You have to clock in and out. You are watched by managers and colleagues. You have to learn everything about their products (only to be told by managers that you will never use this knowledge ) when in actual fact, they could be much more efficient if they asked the Engineers what their most regular FAQ's are - time wasters and if you don't fit into the 'do as your told mode' you are let go. Dark depressing offices, have no clue about the 21st century! STAY AWAY
