Pros
Team was great. I got along with the Controls team very well. Great bunch of guys. Easy to work with and fun. The regular in-the-trench employees are all fantastic and easy to get along with. They don't overwork you (usually).
Cons
The company itself is very controlling of what you do outside of work. What shocked me was their almost no-smoking policy. Smoking is heavily frown upon there and could lead to termination, which I find ridiculous. The company is a little invasive too. Make sure you don't let them find your linkedin or facebook profile.
