      Pros

      Has been a hybrid work environment, work from home and come in to the office if necessary. Great coworkers, and lots of knowledgeable people to ask questions of.

      Cons

      Backlog of work that never gets done. Expected to resolve problems that can't be solved because management should own those solutions.
