Large company with some good perks. Very friendly and clean work environment. Good internal training. One guy owns it, so no board or stake holders.

Cons

If your a hard worker, they will let you work yourself to death. Middle management are sorta clueless as to how the real AV world works outside the walls of the company. Upper management are all smiles, just like sharks. So watch out!!! They will lie right to your face. Owner is passing the majority of his duties to his favorite VP's and this is turning their S3 mantra from Service, Support & Solutions to Sell, Sell and Sell.

Poor annual raises, we are talking 1-2.5% for 95+% of the company Mandatory Christmas party if you want to be paid for the holiday Managers/HR do not care for employee concerns Sucking up is a must have HR is almost as powerful as the VPs, except some R&D management Obvious lack of respect for subordinates, at least on the part of my dept's director
