Got to work with Extron Electronics gear, which just works, reliably, for years.

Cons

Can't trust any of the staff at HQ (appart from 4 of them who are awesome) The rest will throw you under any bus they can, knowing that proof isn't something management require. Clandestine Orwellian horror show with a ministry of truth thrown in for good measure. Culture comes from the top.

Upper management is a real problem - no innovation, no advancement. HR is threatening and secretive. Real tension between Product Development and Engineering.
