      Pay was great. Nice new office building.

      Cons

      Horrible culture. Unfriendly workers on my team. Manager using sexual language in front of female employees. (He did get reprimanded)

      "Extron Electronics is a great company to work at , gain updated knowledge of the AV industry. With that being said - this is is the only positive thing I can say about Extron.

      Cons

      Management at Extron is horrible. Cult like atmosphere where most managers at Extron started from the bottom to now being in managerial positions with no experience in their managerial skill sets. Most managers are friends of friends, or now married amongst each other. Some managers do have underlined racist tones and it is very well known to show favoritism towards certain team members that they enjoy boosting their egos. This will never be addressed due to friends of friends taking up for each other. Extron has had lawsuits in the past and I am very sure they will endure more in the future .
