      Clean facilities, neat technology, friendly staff, intelligent upper management, decent pay, good benefits, good on-the-job training, good raises.

      Cons

      Everyone here is an Applications Engineer. It's a meaningless title. Managers will hold you back because if you get a promotion, they feel threatened. There is only ever a spot to move up to if the person above you wants to move upward. Plan to stay at the same level for 5-8 years before moving up unless your advancement directly helps your manager get his/hers. Management is very much a cool kids club.
