Pros
I had a really nice team. Not taking your work home with you every day was nice. CRM system is fantastic The onboarding training is interesting.
Cons
No career paths. Everything is so strict. You are not allowed to have a laugh with your team in the office, or you get taken to the manager's office and told off like a naughty child. (this actually happened to me). There is no sense of responsibility or owning your tasks. It is very monotonous work. HR has been known in the Dutch office to measure the length of women's skirts to decide if they are too short. Extron sucks you dry, there is no soul in the office, it is very much like working in a factory. Overworked, underpaid and certainly under-appreciated.
