Pros
Their are a lot of good people that work here and the surrounding area is great (10 mins from Disneyland). There are a lot of lifers here, so feel like they must be doing something right for that kind of retention. They give a lot of Holidays and PTO.
Cons
-Lack of Training for certain employees -Saving money takes precedence over quality work -Expected to do work outside of your specific job title without training you on how to do it or increasing your pay for taking on extra responsibility.
