      Suffocating building; Stifling atmosphere

      Pros

      Honestly, it was a stifling atmosphere.

      Cons

      Suffocating building; no visual stimulation. I worked very hard and contributed a lot to the department and it was never recognized. In fact, a coworker even made fun of me for being ambitious.

      Pros

      Large company with some good perks. Very friendly and clean work environment. Good internal training. One guy owns it, so no board or stake holders.

      Cons

      If your a hard worker, they will let you work yourself to death. Middle management are sorta clueless as to how the real AV world works outside the walls of the company. Upper management are all smiles, just like sharks. So watch out!!! They will lie right to your face. Owner is passing the majority of his duties to his favorite VP's and this is turning their S3 mantra from Service, Support & Solutions to Sell, Sell and Sell.
