      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, team is great to work with, laid back atmosphere, no overtime, stability, nice work location and building

      Cons

      I haven't had much to complain about during my time here. The swipe-in for time card entry is a little odd, but I understand why they do it, and it saves me from entering time.

      Pros

      Nothing is good at Extron. Even the annual company picnic is mandatory. Medical plans have 3-4 choices, not bad. Some bosses are ok, while most are not. Employees are mostly friendly. Location is good, close to restaurants, not far from I-5 freeway.

      Cons

      Low pay. Open work spaces, no privacy. Lack of communications between departments. No respect to employees. The owner of the company heavily involves in daily operations and makes all the decisions.
