Pros

- Premium Health benefit (however cannot reimburse all items depends on Insurance company judgement) - Dental Care - House loan interest subsidy (only for your first house) - Education Subsidy (available only for manager-approve major and it needs to be your first master degree, not available for PHD)

Cons

- Performance Assessment/Ranking: Working your job scope tasks is not enough to get good ranking. Force NI and NSI %. You are rank with others in varied roles (ex: business analysts, UI designer, Scrum master, tec). Bias process. - Supervisor: Most SDMs have little to no technical knowledge, you will need to be prepared to explain to them what you do, what are the tech stack you use and hope they can represent your works in ranking period. They are not very involved with your work and almost no required interaction is needed. - Job Rotation: From technical perspective, there is not much role you can rotate to and improve your skill. If you like increasing breadth skills, this is a good. Mostly, rotation is inititiated by business needs not personal needs. - Career Path: Very unclear Technical path, position and job scope.
