You may get a salary bump if you move from a small company

-Location is far, and they mandate work from office -Managers are absolutely irrelevant to the type of work, randomly assigned -Treat you in the worst way -Toxic culture -No interesting cutting edge project

Cons

In its heart lies the infamous ranking system which ejects out even high performers based on their relative performance. Then hires others paralelly to replace them. This is absolutely crazy!!
