Great career growth and management. You never get bored. You change jobs frequently, about once every 3 years. Salary was incredible. Mine increased over 20X from start to finish.

Cons

bureaucracy. Ranking system. Culture. Very tough environment during industry downturns especially for those who graduated top in their University class but find themselves low on the rank list. You live in fear of termination.
