Pros

Rotational assignments ->opportunities for learning Gym on campus

Cons

Forced ranking system is really based on "who you know" vs. your real achievements No influence on what job/rotation you'll get next No real opportunities to work overseas - everything is pretty much in Houston now Culture is of managing upward; no real trust between employees and supervisors

Pros

Great staff and working as a contractor you were treated with respect. The culture was very co adhesive and academics was a plus.

Cons

The Staff from Houston were at times very arrogant for they believe they have the know all of how to run a business. The young engineers need to learn respect and need to realize the degree is only a ticket to management and if they did not have contractors they would be loss souls.
