Health insurance is great, but all other benefits are lacking.

Cons

No 401k matching, no sick days, no PTO. I highly suggest looking for a different job. There are many other companies paying more with more benefits during this time. You are underpaid and overworked here. Management doesn't care about you but they say they do. You are just a number, remember that their bonuses come at your expense. No room for growth and you will be persecuted to stay stagnant.
